Refund and return policy
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, in accordance with Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, if you are a consumer (private individual). To exercise this right, we only need a communication before the deadline; you must then return the product within the following 14 days and will receive the refund within 14 days of receipt.
2. Conditions for full refund
To receive a full refund, the product must be intact and unused, in the original packaging with labels and accessories, and never installed or modified. If used or damaged beyond normal handling, the withdrawal value may be reduced proportionally (Art. 57, c. 2). We recommend photographing the product upon arrival.
3. Items that cannot be returned
The right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 59 Italian Consumer Code) to: sealed products that cannot be opened for hygiene or health reasons once opened (e.g. earphones, razors, personal care), customized or made-to-measure products, goods whose seal has been removed, and non-returnable consumables.
4. Return costs
The return cost is at your expense (Art. 57, c. 3). We do not provide prepaid labels: ship with your preferred carrier and keep the receipt. Tip: if the item is damaged or defective, do not use withdrawal but contact us: we will replace or refund at our expense (see §5), faster and at no cost to you.
5. Defective, damaged or wrong product
If you receive a damaged, defective or different item from the one ordered, you are entitled, under the legal warranty of conformity (Art. 128 and following), to replacement or full refund at our expense, including pickup. Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo: we handle everything, at no cost to you.
6. How to return
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with the order number, safely package the item in the original and ship with tracking. Products are entrusted to certified logistics partners: the return verification may take a few extra days, but we update you by email at every step.
7. Refund times
Withdrawal: within 14 days of receiving the return. Defective item: replacement or refund within 7 days of verification. The refund is made via the same payment method used for the order.
8. Cases where refund is not due
Return received more than 14 days after withdrawal notice; item not intact or without original packaging; address errors provided by customer preventing delivery; products excluded from withdrawal (§3).
